We are from Germany and we spent a few weeks in Western Canada, travelling by RV in May/June this year.
We found Roberts foto on May, 25th at Moraine Lake in British Columbia. For a long time we thought over where to put the photo. As we had two weeks ahead of us, we decided to take the photo with us on our whole roundtrip as we were sure to see a lot of beautiful places everyday. (We bet Robert was a much better woodcutter than we were?)
So we had a great time in the Rockies and Vancouver before had to go back to Germany.
We decided to take the photo to our hometown, which is Taunusstein, a small city 10 km in the north of Wiesbaden, 40 km in the west of Frankfurt.
Robert was a guest at our breakfast table a couple of times, before we found a very special place where to leave the photo. It is called "beggars tree", an old tree on the top of a small hill with a nice view on our hometown. We have seen so many beautiful places, but this is so special, because it's our home.
